This flagship project brings Southbank a collection of luxurious residential apartment with far reach views and two whole floors of resident amenity reminiscent of the world’s most luxurious hotels. Constructed by Brookfield Multiplex, Prima Tower is now the second tallest residential building in Melbourne.

Featuring 661 luxury apartments meant that Prima Tower needed the capacity to support over one thousand residents within the building facility. The sheer volume of tenant data and daily communications demanded the use of a singular technology solution, to not only simplify the day-to-day management of the building, but to also deliver a seamless experience for residents that matched the exceptional standard of this landmark Melbourne facility.

Property

To operate and maintain a facility of Prima Tower’s scale, the property management team often relies on a well-coordinated suite of tools for managing assets, maintenance schedules, incident reporting, work-orders and defect reporting. Whilst there are a number of dedicated software tools available to manage each of these aspects, having a powerful suite that integrates all aspects into one platform would have Prima Tower leading the way.

Place

Prima Tower raises the bar for lifestyle amenities in Melbourne and needed a system that ensured the facilities could be enjoyed effortlessly by residents. Including a virtual golf driving range, private cinema, day spa, swimming pools with relaxation decks, saunas, spas and steam room and fully equipped gymnasium. The ability for residents to engage with management to lodge bookings was essential to make full and exclusive use of the facilities.
